A new alterations and additions project to a semi-detached house, set on a narrow sloping site located in the coastal suburb of Maroubra in Sydney, NSW.
This transformed two-storey, four-bedroom home aims to contribute a contemporary coastal aesthetic to the local streetscape, expanding upon the original single storey dwelling.
