MERA HOUSE
Eora Country | Little Bay NSW
. . . COMING SOON . . .
A new house project located in a coastal south-eastern suburb of Sydney, NSW.
This knockdown-rebuild project aims to capitalise on the site’s orientation and natural sloping terrain. With the rear of the property facing north and overlooking a vast public park, the proposed design includes elevated living areas and a third-storey master bedroom suite, all oriented to capture park views. The four-bedroom house will also feature a guest suite on the lower ground floor, along with an undercroft outdoor entertaining area connected to the rear lawn and pool.
